Sea grasses

Today as it was such lovely weather we decided to have a trip to Blacktoft Sands nature reserve to see the water birds. I wish I could tell you what it was like but the sat nav took us to Blacktoft village which unfortunately is the wrong side of the Humber Esturay about 25 miles by road or a 500 yd swim!!

We walked along the banks of the flood defences for miles and didn't see a soul, quite the most deserted part of East Yorkshire I have ever seen. 

Next fine day we will put the post code into the sat nav.
