Celeb spotting at the BBC

I regularly walk between New Cavendish Street and Regent Street at work and usually pass by Broadcasting House at Langham Place. It's fairly common to see various BBC personalities milling about and today was no exception. I took this shot from the steps of All Souls in Langham Place, looking back towards the BBC. Can you spot who the guy is near the bicycles, with a black jacket and white shirt?
