Primroses! Already!

Only the 5th January but what should I espy at Nanpantan Reservoir this afternoon but two early primroses in a sheltered spot at the overspill.

Amazing that they should be so early. 

Then to Gill and Geoffreys for tea and gluten free Christmas cake.
