Beat the drums...

We headed to Trafalgar Square to watch the New Year's Day Parade. It's the first I've watched it live and I have to say apart from the marching bands the floats were pretty dreadful. It looks much better on the TV when its edited together. We then walked along the South Bank and then over the Millennium Bridge to St.Paul's for some shopping. It was a nice day with the kids but we were all shattered and cold when we got home.
