Snow

We drove up to Miltenberg today, to do some touristy stuff.  We had a nice drive up there through the forest, but it was raining a little when we got there, and the rain got worse and worse, so we didn't actually see much of the town. 

So we decided that enough was enough, we didn't need to get soaked through pretending that we were enjoying ourselves, and got back into the car to drive home.

As we were driving out of Miltenberg, the rain turned to sleet and then to snow, and our BMW rear wheel drive "tank" was really NOT the best equipped to deal with the unpleasant conditions.  However, Walter got us safely home, in time for me to take some pictures through the window of the lovely snowy scene.  I experimented with black and white, and decided I liked this one the best.

We went out in the evening to get a meal, but ALL the restaurants in Buchen were closed - we ended up at Netto, where we bought food and wine to make our own meal.
