If You Go Down In The Woods Today........

It was very dark and gloomy then after twenty minutes or so splashes of light appeared through the trees and it very quickly turned into a nice day and now the sky is blue, vapour trails criss cross the sky and the sun is beginning to go. I hate these short days especially when my computer informs me (just after I have risen and dressed and sat down to do some work) that there are six daylight hours left!  Still on the plus side I have noticed a slight lengthening of the day.
