10 years....

....today since Dad passed away.

Woke up in hospital and couldn't wait to get out. Skipped breakfast and asked to leave .
Sat in Café Nero and had breakfast then got bus home.

Felt at a loose end today and started to get anxious and think too much. Got  a visit from the nurses mid afternoon, then I went down to Asda for a few bits , passing the harbour on the way.

Back home and my anxiousness continued. Self harmed , but that didn't change things. Went to bed for a few hours then along to a counselling appointment . Sobbed my way through the session , talking about Dad .
A tough night ahead I think.
