+1/2 after a brief evening run sporting her virtual team colours; these rather snazzy compression socks mark +1/2 out as belonging to that most feared of tribes: RMR (Run Mummy Run). Terrifying. 

Commute - rammed. Work - frustrating. Dinner - tasty (cheese, onion and potato pie. If you've never had it try this)

No gym (that's for tomorrow) but there was some music: PJ Harvey,  Placebo, Royal Blood, The Cardigans and Black Sabbath.
