Windermere

We woke to another classic winter's day and decided to take a trip to Windermere, which was absolutely hoaching as always, but it was worth it for the views of the lake and the mountains of the national park. We retreated before lunchtime back to the quiet of our lodge but not before discovering an excellent cafe in a converted barn in Low Newton.
