First light

Before the sun rose, the sky was amazing.
Changing colour every few minutes.
Just sat there looking out of the window, with my morning cuppa.
Went outside in my dressing gown to take this photo.

Had to get up early as I had an appointment at the doctors for my 6 monthly blood pressure and bloods check up.
Blood pressure OK but the blood samples will have to go to the lab.

Feeling fine as we have just booked our flights for a holiday next October!!
