Three things I Love

This evening I had 3 great joys.

1. I went to see live theatre
2. I went to see The Lion King
3. I took my lovely sister
And
4. She brought chocolate and percy pigs...

Oh ok then 4 great joys.

Having recently moved to Guildford I have been able to see much more of my sister and her husband who live in Ascot (think of the races) about half and hour away from me in Guildford. And this evening for her Christmas and Birthday present I took her to see one of my favourite musicals, Disney's The Lion King.

The Lion King will always hold a special place in my heart. It was once of the first West End Shows that my parents took me to see as a kid (my third infact, #1 being Starlight Express and #2 was Mary Poppins).

And I was chuffed to work for Disney when the UK tour of The Lion King stopped in Edinburgh last year for 4 months.

Tonight was so special because I shared something which means so much to me (my love of theatre) with one of the people who means to world to me.
