These guys were changing the hoarding by sliding individual strips of paper into each section...well, it was a new one on me so I blipped it!

I was back working in the hospital today after having a couple of weeks covering GP surgeries. It's loads easier at the GPs but I do prefer the hospital.

I went to a Zumba class this evening with a friend, Wendy. It wasn't a Zumba class at all. It was Asian dancing/keep fit/yoga class to Asian music. It was held inside a mosque and 92% of the women were Asian...it was brilliant! I discovered muscles where I didn't know I had them. On the way out, I said to the instuctor that my thighs were killing me. She replied that that was good because it meant the exercise was working!! The class was a good couple of hours long and cost just £1.
