Tedding the hay

Farmerboy was on the go early this morning.  He starting mowing at 7.30am, finished at 1.30pm, came home and filled the tractor with diesel, took the mower off, put on the tedder, and started turning the mowed grass.  There was a light breeze when I took this photo.  Hay was flying behind the tractor, while the seagulls enjoyed following the turned grass, presumably looking for something to eat.

It's been perfect hay making weather today.  It reached 30.1 C around 3pm.  Hopefully it will stay like this for the next few days.
