Brick and Stick

This morning I rode passed an Illawarra Flame tree in full bloom but it had also dropped many of its petals on the footpath and road.

I spent most of the day making cheese.  I am making Colby;  it will take 3 months to mature and whilst the process is relatively simple it involves a multitude of steps.

It is my daughter's wedding anniversary today so we are looking after Jade while they go out to dinner.
