Lamb Roast Dinner

My sister and he husband joined us for dinner tonight for a roast lamb dinner cooked on the barbeque rotisserie.  Previously we have not achieved great success cooking on the rotisserie but tonight, after reading detailed cooking instructions from the internet, it really worked well. 

It was good to catch up with Jeanette and Barry.  They live on Lake Macquarie so was a couple of hours drive home for them.
