Fatoush and Joonjeh Kabab

Dishes 2 and 3 from the Persiana cookbook.

The Fatoush salad was fabulous. Great flavours and a good range of textures. The Joonjeh kabab was a bit too lemony for the kids but Mr CFJ and I enjoyed it.

Have booked a summer holiday! Off to Cyprus. Anybody been there?
