Cranberry and clementine scones.
I had some dried cranberries in the cupboard that were about to pass their use by date, so I thought I would make these for afternoon tea.
I've noticed that in America, scones are often glazed with icing, rather than just egg wash in the UK. This is a clementine icing being drizzled artfully by Mr CFJ. ( do you know how difficult it is to take a photo whilst drizzling artfully??..... Massive splodges everywhere, including the camera strap.)
