Long day....

This is pretty much how I've felt all day. Not feeling 100%, poor nights sleep, exhausting week and had to grind out a 14.5 mile run which felt like smashing into a brick wall what with the wind. Marathon training is always at its toughest in January as there's big miles to get into the legs, the motivation is dropping and it's still 4 months away to get excited. Going back to bed.... (also lets not mention the football)
