View to Cuparmuir

This is the view from our deck with the swollen River Eden at the bottom of the back field.

It was a dreadful day, although I managed to get out with the dog in the dry.

S skyped from NZ and she had a pink face from the fab weather this week-end. Her Monday morning commute involved flip flops, no need for a jacket, a ferry ride and gentle stroll to the office via the coffee shop. Sounds good on a day like today....
