Q. Where do pirates go when they want to exercise….?

I’m back at the gym today.  It’s been 4 weeks - partly Christmas/New Year closure and partly coughing and spluttering.  It seems I’m not the only one - a lot of reports of coughing and spluttering from both staff and inmates members.

It was hard work.  I shall ache tomorrow.
