A parcel delivery - the original order long forgotten.  So a pleasant surprise. 

We never got to see the poppy display at the Tower of London, but we did order a ceramic one.

It’s quite something - one of 888,246; the number of British and Colonial dead.  And now it sits in a corner of our garden.

They shall not grow old, like we that are left grow old….
