St. Peter's, Wintringham, details

I went to York today to photograph the flooding, as the river Ouse is so high. It was dull and grey and after an hour I gave up. On the way home the clouds rolled away and the sun lit up the landscape bringing out my usual smile at this point. I headed towards my now favourite church and concentrated on the beautifully carved woodwork.
