"LITTLE GREEN FROG "??

Well maybe in the Spring but certainly not at the moment.

This is where I work, well not in the pond but in the office next to it.  As you can imagine I often watch what is going on.  We have had great success with Moorhens, starting with a mating pair and now have over 10.  One year Canadian Geese visited and raised 7 young and watched them fly away.  We are hoping that this year we have successful ducks, last years young disappearing either to crows, cats or foxes!

When I  arrived at work this morning and the rain was throwing it down, as I walked to the office and looked backwards to the pond, I could see first one grown fox, then followed by another.  It was last year we saw two young ones around the yard and they are maybe the same two.  They were too far away to photograph - shame.

We had another viewing on the house today and they also liked it.  It will be interesting to see who finally gets it and hopefully a good price.

Managed a walk with Phoebe today in between the heavy squalls of hail, sleet and snow.  Hopefully it will be less wet tomorrow as we have to achieve the shopping together (Phoebes and me).

Wishing you all a good nights rest, a peaceful night, and not weather interruption.  Sending hugs and thanks as always. xxxxx
