Fungi pancake stack

Back at the Kumaras walkway to have a look at something I spotted the other day that looked interesting. Didn't get that far as I got side tracked by a fantail who led me to this. Seems a bit early to me and we haven't had rain for a couple of weeks but I suspect the hot humid days brought it on.
