South Coast Scribblings

Flowers!

At last I have found some flowers in the garden - some of them a bit chewed, but flowers nevertheless! And we had some sunshine to show them up nicely too :-)

I read my first Agatha Christie book yesterday - got it on Kindle for £2. I decided to start with the first one she ever wrote. I kept changing my mind about "whodunit" and was so eager to know if I was right that I read the whole thing in a day. (I was semi-right...). I thought it was well written and I enjoyed it, so will probably read "Murder on the Orient Express" next, as recommended to me.

Today has been rather sluggish, struggling with a lot of catarrh and brain fog. Asda grocery delivery has been put away, lunch cooked and now I'm chilling in front of the TV whilst on my iPad.

A big storm front is coming over by about 6pm and there could be winds of up to 75mph., as well as heavy rain. The ground is saturated round here, as I'm sure it is in most places in the UK. Thankfully no snow here, though.
