A light trim

In the midst of another ridiculously busy day, I noticed whilst standing at the kitchen sink that the more venerable of the carnivorous plants had quite a few wrinkled old brown trumpets; so I gave her a light trim. There are lots of bright young things sprouting from the base. Really think she needs a larger pot but not sure what medium to use - some sort of moss, perhaps?

Oh dear, pity I didn't think to give the sink a wipe first.....
