Another very busy day. The FX markets and all that. Managed to escape for my yoga class at lunchtime though.

Mme SwRo feeling better which is good to see. Hopefully we will be able to watch Broad Church tonight. 

Here is close-up of a rose that Elena (Lucky's owner) bought Liz. Played around on Photoshop for a while with it. Not sure if it was worth it.

Bit of a pain in left hamstring today. Maybe 4 days running in a row was bit too much,
