Once Bitten Twice Shy

Went to see my friend Nancy, the dental hygienist this morning. A little painful as usual. Thought this was quite appropriate.

Good run including 10X400m at +16km/h. Won't mean much to anyone, but was quite good for this early in the season. Left ankle hurting a bit now though. Hopefully will pass.
