Manchester University North Manchester, IN

My friend, Kathy, and I made our way to North Manchester for lunch and then to the university to see two art shows that were hung in the galleries there. As everybody knows, the love of art lies in the eye of the beholder and I'm afraid the art I was beholding today was a snooze. The fiber art was exquisitely crafted but not my cup of tea for subject matter. The artist's frames, on the other hand, were gorgeous. The other gallery held paintings that I suspect came from a preschool classroom. I wondered, actually, if it was some sort of joke??? Anyway, we really enjoyed driving through town and a mini tour of this lovely campus. It totally made me want to enroll.
