A lovely orange flower day.

A day off work starting with a nice lie in, then shopping in the Oracle - my favourite place. An Auntie Annie's pretzel and skinny latte at Waterstones followed by a swim (including a session in the sauna). Home to relax, a glass of wine and Chinese meal in front of the fire.
Aches and pains and hot flushes nearly forgotten.
