Window winder

The sun had been shining all morning and I felt the need for an 'escape', so I nipped over to Stourhead this afternoon. The rain started just as I got through Visitor Reception, well before I got into the formal gardens. I did a quick detour into the kitchen garden, with the aim of sheltering in the Pelargonium House, but sadly it was closed to visitors. I took a quick photo through the glass of the window winding mechanism, which I rather like in spite of the dreadful reflections around the edge.

I see we can now choose thumbnails again - yippee!
