Almost but not quite

The weather forecasters have been so wrong for the last few days with predictions of snow even in low lying areas yet yesterday we had a cloudless day and no real sign of snow other than a few flakes that oddly fell as I was walking down to Leith with no signs of cloud above.

By the time I got to The Shore for sunset there were one or two clouds forming that may have added a bit of interest to the sky but unfortunately, they didn't materialise into anything spectacular either from a sunset or snow perspective.
