The 'Eric' mentioned in the sign is the UK Government's Communities Secretary Eric Pickles who has just given the go-ahead for an incinerator to be built in Gloucestershire. He's doesn't appear to be a popular man in these parts.

There was a sizeable demonstration in Stroud this morning opposing the decision, which culminated in a march through the town centre. 

I took the picture as part of a new project I have started for my university degree. It's nice to get a few shots in the bag this early in a project.
