It's been such a  long day.
After a really disturbed night and little sleep on the ward I was woken by the nurse with my medication around 9am. Got up and dressed, had a quick breakfast and asked if I could leave.
Got the bus home and pottered for a bit. Headed out to Starbucks for some lunch then back home to veg on the sofa.
Have felt quite emotional today and alone. My head seems to be  all over the place and I feel quite agitated which has resulted in me self harming. Roll on bedtime.
