A covering of snow

Friday was a day off for me, I finished the course early so had a bit of a lie-in and was pleasantly surprised to see a covering of the white stuff. Just enough to turn the landscape into something completely different but not enough to prevent getting about easily.

Lunch at a local 'castle' with lovely views and a roaring log fire. Out in the evening with friends for a slap-up meal followed by a wee dram or two. A perfect finish to our time here, can't wait until our next visit :-)
