Fireworks Tree

I forced myself to go for a walk round the village in the freezing cold this afternoon as I couldn't resist the lovely sunshine. This is a tree that was drastically cut back last year and has sprouted lots of new branches which I thought looked just like exploding fireworks. It was taken against the blue sky with the sun really lighting up the branches but I have done a bit of fiddling to get the effect I was after  :-))

Trying to cook and blip now so I will have to catch up later or I will have burnt dinner again :-))
