What a fabulous day

Today we were walking behind Comrie-the circular path which took you up past the Deil's Cauldron, over the river Earn and back through the woods to Comrie.

The weather was absolutely splendid-cold crisp and sunny. Perfect walking weather.

The dug loved it-managing to find a dead pheasant to chew, which gave us (her) much entertainment in the chasing thereof.

We have been to a wee cottage in Creiff for the week-end-an advance trip for my birthday as J is off to India at 4am on Monday for a couple of weeks.

It has been lovely-cosy and quiet, just the two of us.
