Union Square

I went up to Aberdeen for the day to visit my friend Sorcha. Normally I wouldn't go this far for the day but I've got into the habit of going on daytrips to places like Lucern from Basel which is about the same length of journey.

Our day featured Christmas coffees, reduced Christmas chocolates (mulled wine truffles, yum!) and Christmas movies. It's still within the twelve days of Christmas right?!

It always astounds me that Union Square didn't exist when I spent a year up here at music school in 2006/7. My sister on the otherhand, who goes to uni up here, probably can't imagine life without it!
