NOM14 - Not For Starting

This is an old ex-post office BSA that a friend has restored. While he was showing it to me he insisted in starting it up, or at least trying to. Well it was either feeling the cold or just wanting to show him up but it absolutely flat refused to be kicked into life. At least trying to start it warmed us up a little!
