Cauliflower and carrot pickles

Been a great Sunday of a great weekend.  Debbie and I have been together a lot, but also by ourselves a lot.  It was 71 degrees today.  Not bad for the middle of January.

Green Bay got beat in overtime.  BOOOO!!!!

Making cauliflower and carrot pickles.  Never made pickles before so will find out  how they taste in five days.  Here are the ingredients laid out.  This is supposed to be a Middle Eastern recipe.  Hope it is hot and spicy.
