Good start to the day....

Very busy today ... Got Dad set up in his new home .

No more Russell, Bay of Islands,
Sad after 20 years.
But we are happy today as his little place in Warkworth is just great , brand new and sparkling!

A quick cafe breakfast set is up for the day of unpacking.
