The Bay of Islands is a beautiful part of NZ, we are so lucky to have my Dad living up here and to be able to come up and have our holidays with him.....

Today, we took the passenger ferry across to Paihia ( a 10 min ride) and had some lunch on a new cafe that is built right over the water on the wharf. I took some nice photos of that , but have put up this one of a yacht trailing us on the ferry ride back to Russell as it shows to me the pure beauty of the bay here.
