What a day  - teaching all morning and then a three and a half hour phd viva - i was the internal examiner - in the end we decided to pass the candidate but it was mentally exhausting for all concerned 

Lying on the couch watching coronation street and knowing I need to get up and eat i am just waiting for that burst of energy!
