back on the bike

Well I needed to get back on after my horrific fall earlier in the week I was all strapped up so hopefully no harm would come

Lesley joined me and we left from Bardney on our way to Woodhall Spa down by the canal an old favourite of mine couldn't believe how few people were actually out so it was millionaires cycling as we had the scenery all to ourselves beautiful morning and a steaming hot coffee to welcome us at the halfway point

Today I have lost too many things my phone pouch and more importantly my university card I am stuck without that won't be able to go anywhere
