Good in an emergency

Well. First day back in the office. I lasted till 4 and Mr EAnn came and rescued me. It felt like an achievement but I have been in a lot of pain.
A couple of weeks till I have my first appointment for physiotherapy. Feels like a long time.
In the meantime I'm very glad I don't have to go in tomorrow. Thanks be for the phased return!
