P is for... Pretty in Pink

Sitting on this slip road of the A90 in Aberdeen,( or is it the A96?) is this pink Reliant Robin, which, as you can see, is being used as an advertising hoarding.
Although I don't think "hoarding" is quite an apt description for such a vehicle.
It is in a tad better way than old Trotter's one though.
I have just noticed that it appears not to have any road tax disc on it. I am surprised that the excise people haven't clamped it on their many sojourns around the city.
