Sunday Wellington!

Today was pretty much the perfect Sunday!

Very long lie in till after 9am although anything after 5am is very much a long lie these days!

Cooked Breakfast!

An arvo of wood chopping, which I enjoy, Harry Potter, cheese and a very fine Green Flash Imperial IPA!

Then our first attempt at a Beef Wellington, it was awesome! & a nice glass of Shiraz.

The fire is going and all is well..... except it's Monday tomorrow, the weekends are never long enough!
