The final curtain!

Work is looking more and more like a war zone (bomb site) every day!  as little by little the old building is being raised to the ground! 
I have to confess to being really surprised at how quickly this has actually happened as it was a fairly large 3 story building, but no match for the amazing dinosaur machine! 
I think we were all a little disappointed at first that they weren't going to bring it down with dynamite (Fred Dibnah style), with all of us a suitably safe distance away counting down for the big bang!! 
However this method also has it's moments of excitement, especially when large pieces of wall fall down with a huge thud in clouds of red brick dust.
Today's blip shows one such moment, as a wall avalanched to the ground.
This will probably be the last blip of this demolition as I feel by tomorrow there will be little standing left to blip! 
Hopefully snow tomorrow, it is certainly cold enough!
