Whiteout!

It's been snowing more or less constantly for 24 hours. Visibility has been very poor - at one point we couldn't see the house next door but one. I would have liked to go for a walk and take some pictures, but even attempts to photograph the garden birds, of which there have been many, failed due to poor light. 
This monstrous street light is one we inherited and is way to big for our tiny front garden, and as it doesn't work, it is neither use nor ornament but the task of removing it is a bit daunting.
