Dragonland

Tricky call to pick the photo today.  This is the view towards Wales from the Worcestershire Beacon (the highest of the Malverns) on this crispy cold morning.  The distant snow helps outline the mountains - we'd never seen them this clearly before.

Unusually, after Meeting we went for a walk up the Beacon - unusual because it's a busy level tarmac path and that's not normally our scene.  However, we weren't equipped for anything else and it's all good useful experience visiting the local spots in 'tourist mode'.

I've not quite got the lay of the land here yet but I'm assuming those are the Brecon Beacons, 30 miles away.
